Consultations
There will be a $100-$250 non-refundable fee (which will be deducted from the total cost) to secure your consultation appointment. An invoice will be sent shortly after the appointment is made. In order to reserve your appointment the fee is due within 24 hours after the invoice has been sent. Please allow a 48-hour notice if you may need to reschedule. Any rescheduling LESS THAN 48 hours is non-refundable.

Determination of design (must be approved to move forward).
Take needed measurements
Labor cost (cost of fabric and notions are the responsibility of the client).
Determination of fabric needed and possible vending locations is the responsibility of the designer.
I will send a spreadsheet of all materials needed to create the custom gown.
You will be sent an invoice; 50% of the remaining cost is due via Cash app after contract is signed.
*Designer will not start on the order until the non-refundable deposit has been made.
Production
Designing a custom garment is a collaborative effort between the designer and client. This process may sometimes require minor adjustments. In the event that the client wishes to make substantial adjustments to the design, the designer will add an additional charge to the total cost. In the event that extra fabric is needed for substantial adjustments; it is the responsibility of the client to cover the cost. It is up to the designers’ discretion to determine what is considered a “substantial adjustment”. You will have your measurements recorded and signed off on. Significant weight lose/weight gain will require a deviation in the initial measurements. this is an example of a substantial adjustment.
Fittings
There will be at least three fittings each lasting at most an hour. Fittings have a limit of two guests. Minor adjustments will be made at the fittings. A mock-up dress may be used as a prototype of the dress’ design. It will determine the fit and shape of the design.
Fitting schedule
First fitting- Client will try on a mock-up dress (Satisfaction Agreement must be signed before moving forward).
Second fitting- Client will try on a dress cut from the fashion fabric and the remainder of the total labor cost will be due.
Third(final) fitting- Client will be allowed to try on the completed garment. Client must sign a release form before taking the dress (No exceptions).
*There is a $25 cancellation that will be added to your total cost if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment.
Payments
PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH Cash app.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
Disclaimer
If client is dissatisfied after signing release form, the client will not receive a refund of payments. Designer reserves the right to stop production due to failure to make payments, consistent disrespect, negativity, or lack of communication after attempts to please the client.
The designer may draw inspiration from other designs but will not replicate an exact design.
